On July 29, the Ningxiang City COVID-19 Prevention and Control Command Center issued a dispatch order on strengthening epidemic prevention and control work. Hunan Chuangyuan Comprehensive Office immediately deployed epidemic prevention and disinfection and formulated several epidemic prevention and control measures. In the afternoon, commissioned by Chairman Wang Yi, the company's administrative director, Hu Wenzhi, urgently convened heads of various departments to convey the latest requirements of Ningxiang City's epidemic prevention and control work. Combining the company's business operations, personnel flow, and other actual situations, a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the existing problems in the current epidemic prevention and control work. With the concerted efforts of various departments, Hunan Chuangyuan's "Notice on Strengthening the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Epidemic" was developed and issued on the same day. On August 1, the Ningxiang City COVID-19 Prevention and Control Command Center issued a "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Epidemic in Industrial Enterprises throughout the City" targeting industrial enterprises in the jurisdiction. In view of the current severe and complex epidemic prevention and control situation, and to fully implement the prevention and control strategy of "preventing imported cases from outside and rebounding cases from inside", Chairman Wang Yi held an epidemic prevention and control work leadership group meeting on the afternoon of August 2, requiring the unconditional implementation of government epidemic prevention policies. At the meeting, Chairman Wang Yi emphasized five points: First, to maintain ideological unity among all company employees and fight the epidemic together; second, to ensure smooth internal information flow, and various departments should closely cooperate with the comprehensive office to strengthen organizational support and do a good job in information reporting; third, to implement the primary responsibilities of various departments and strictly implement the company's epidemic prevention and control measures; fourth, to take resolute measures, strengthen epidemic prevention publicity and guidance, and reserve reasonable epidemic prevention materials; fifth, to establish and improve the duty system to ensure 24-hour telephone accessibility to deal with sudden epidemic prevention events. After the meeting, in order to effectively improve the ideological understanding of all company employees, Chairman Wang Yi inspected the office conditions of various offices and workshops, communicated with each person individually, and hoped that all company employees would work together and persist in this effort.
