On June 29, Wang Yi, Chairman of Hunan Chuangyuan, Liu Yongsheng, Chief Marketing Officer, and Dai Jianlong, Chief Technology Officer and General Manager of Intelligent Company, were invited to Zijin Mining Group for an inspection and exchange. A meeting was held in Haicang District, Xiamen City, chaired by Chen Jianghu, Executive Vice President of Zijin Construction. After the meeting, Chairman Wang Yi and his colleagues met with Wang Lingzhi, General Manager of Zijin Construction. June this year marks the 20th National "Safety Production Month." To thoroughly implement the important statements made by General Secretary Xi Jinping regarding safety production, and to solidly advance the three-year special campaign for rectifying safety production and the large-scale investigation and rectification campaign, in response to the relevant safety production requirements of the province, city, and economic development zone, on the morning of June 22nd, Chairman Wang Yi organized a "Safety Production Month" mobilization and safety production warning education session at the Hunan Chuangyuan Equipment Manufacturing workshop. Chairman Wang Yi reported on two recent safety accidents and their impact within the park, conveyed the relevant policies and instructions of the Ningxiang Economic Development Zone, and requested that company leaders make comprehensive deployments for the specific work of "Safety Production Month," earnestly carry out hidden danger investigation and governance. He also demanded that all employees attach great importance to safety, abide by the company's safety order management, enhance safety prevention awareness, and prevent safety accidents.

On the afternoon of May 26, 2021, Zhou Naishun, director of the Equipment Department of Ansteel Mining Construction Co., Ltd., and his party visited the mining construction production project department of Qianyanshan Iron Mine in Anshan City, Liaoning Province, and presented a bright red banner to our comrades in charge of equipment assembly. The eight characters on the banner, "贴心服务，务实专业" (thoughtful service, pragmatic and professional), are particularly eye-catching. On April 22, our equipment arrived in Anshan. The original configuration was two people working one shift, with a plan to complete the assembly task in 7 days. However, to meet customer needs, only one person was assigned. In order to allow the customer to experience the advantages of our R40C self-lowering and relocation cutting slot raise borer as soon as possible, and to facilitate the customer's early production, our comrades in charge of assembly worked overtime to complete the assembly task 3 days ahead of schedule and ensured the safe use of the equipment. From May 27th to 29th, the 8th Metal and Non-metal Mining and Selection Practical Technology and Equipment Conference was grandly held in Changsha, Hunan, with the theme of "Ecological Mine Construction - Intelligent and Digital Mining." The conference was spearheaded by the Hunan Nonferrous Metals Society, with the participation of dozens of typical mining enterprises, universities, design research institutes, equipment manufacturers, and construction units from home and abroad. During the conference and exhibition phase, experts gave presentations, summarizing and sharing new technologies and equipment applicable in the mining and selection (metallurgy) fields of metal and non-metal mines. Hunan Chuangyuan, based on its business philosophy and in line with the theme of the conference, elaborated on intelligent mining and assisting in the transformation of mining production methods, focusing on the intelligent advantages of mechanized and unmanned intelligent mines. During the coffee breaks, many units visited Hunan Chuangyuan's booth to inquire about intelligent mining equipment information and intelligent mining solutions, leaving their contact information for further communication. On May 29th, during the on-site observation phase at Chuangyuan Intelligent Industrial Park, despite heavy rain, the experts and guests remained enthusiastic thanks to the warm reception and professional services provided by Chuangyuan's staff. They visited the equipment manufacturing workshop and the intelligent mine experience hall. Through on-site explanations and simulated operations by the production and R&D team, the guests gained a deeper understanding of Chuangyuan's product performance and effectiveness, and expressed their expectation for further communication and cooperation.

On May 25, Wang Yi, chairman of Hunan Chuangyuan High-tech Machinery Co., Ltd., led a delegation to visit Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd. for an exchange. Both sides reached a strategic cooperation agreement—jointly developing and applying key links in typical mines, and replicating and promoting this on a wider scale within Zijin Mining.

To alleviate the financial burden on customers purchasing equipment, on April 15, 2021, our company, in conjunction with several domestic financial leasing companies, launched a financing leasing service – customers pay 20%-30% as a down payment, with the remaining balance paid monthly over a repayment period of 2-3 years. This financing leasing service benefits both customers and our company. We will actively promote this service and encourage customers in need to actively inquire and utilize the funding platform we have established for equipment purchases.

On the morning of May 11, Zhang Yi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Ningxiang Economic Development Zone, along with the leadership team of the Management Committee, visited our Ningxiang base. Our chairman, Wang Yi, vice chairmen Fang Xiaoxuan and Tang Anping, and administrative director Hu Wen Zhi, among other leaders, accompanied them. The research team first visited our mining machinery manufacturing workshop, gaining a full understanding of our industry position, technological advantages, product level, and corporate development philosophy. At the intelligent mine experience hall, Chairman Wang gave a further explanation to the research team. Afterwards, both sides held a meeting for discussion and exchange in the meeting room on the 3rd floor of the comprehensive building. At the meeting, Chairman Wang gave a detailed report on the company's main business, representative products, technological advantages, development vision, and the company's revenue and tax payment situation in 2020, expressing full confidence in the sales target of 135 million yuan for 2021. Director Zhang Yi fully affirmed Hunan Chuangyuan's innovation and advancement in the fields of raise boring machines and intelligent mines. Event Introduction On March 20, Ju Jianhua, director of the Mineral Resources Protection and Supervision Department of the Ministry of Natural Resources, along with other officials, conducted a field trip to Lanxi City's Jinchang Mining Co., Ltd. to investigate the intelligent equipment application in the unmanned open-pit mine demonstration project designed by our company. They learned in detail about the significance of this intelligent equipment in promoting the development and utilization of mineral resources, green mine construction, and comprehensive ecological restoration of mines. Lanxi city leaders Wang Xinfeng and Zhu Junhua also participated in this investigation.
