On March 20, Ju Jianhua, director of the Mineral Resources Protection and Supervision Department of the Ministry of Natural Resources, along with his team, conducted a field trip to Lanxi City's Jinchang Mining Co., Ltd. to investigate the intelligent equipment application in the unmanned mining demonstration project designed by our company. They thoroughly understood the significance of this intelligent equipment in promoting the development and utilization of mineral resources, green mine construction, and comprehensive management of mine ecological restoration. Lanxi city leaders Wang Xinfeng and Zhu Junhua also participated in this investigation.

Lanxi Jinchang Mining Co., Ltd. is a leading fluorspar mining and selection enterprise in China. Currently, it mainly uses manual and semi-mechanized mining methods. Many people are needed in key areas and critical positions, leading to high safety risks. To fundamentally prevent and curb the occurrence of safety accidents, while improving mining efficiency and saving mining costs, our company has established a complete underground unmanned mining demonstration project for them, including intelligent mining equipment such as rock drilling robots, chipping robots, and filling robots, as well as a remote control platform.

Through communication and exchange with our technical personnel, Ju Jianhua fully affirmed the important significance of Jinchang Mining's unmanned mining demonstration project for green mine construction and emphasized the need to integrate this advanced concept and new model into the overall development of the green mining industry, increase investment in technological innovation, and steadily promote the construction of smart mines, integrating the concept of green development into the entire process of mineral resource development and utilization.

· Chipping Robot

 

 

 

 

 

The chipping robot adopts a multi-degree-of-freedom, high-adaptability, redundant arm system, which can accurately achieve arm rotation, lifting, and precise point operation of the tool. It has a large operating range, flexible movements, and no blind spots, effectively improving operational flexibility and on-site adaptability, and can meet the chipping requirements of complex roof and sidewall conditions.

 

·Filling Robot

The filling robot can drag the filling pipe to any position in the mining area to achieve filling without blind spots. At the same time, the intelligent swing nozzle can achieve fan-shaped area filling within a ±45° range. The unique hull structure chassis allows the filling robot to operate smoothly on hard rock surfaces and in floating mud.

 

·Unmanned Mining Demonstration Project

 

The unmanned mining demonstration project is a cooperative project in which our company comprehensively assists Jinchang Mining Company in improving the unmanned mining level of underground mines. This project has been filed for approval as a provincial science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise and has successfully signed a "5G+ Smart Mine" agreement with Zhejiang Mobile Jinhua Branch, becoming the first underground mine 5G+ unmanned mining project in the province. After thorough investigation, our company identified the mining difficulties of this mine and, through technological innovation, comprehensively optimized the mining process, achieving continuous operation of multiple mining areas in a large cycle. That is, one mining area carries out rock drilling and blasting, one or two mining areas carry out ore extraction, and one or two mining areas carry out filling. In this way, continuous large-cycle mining operations can be achieved, greatly improving equipment attendance rates, fully utilizing equipment efficiency, and significantly reducing mining costs.
