On September 6, 2021, the first Ningxiang City Vocational Skills Competition and the 2021 Ningxiang City "Ten Outstanding Professionals, Hundred Excellent Craftsmen" Skills Competition was grandly opened. This competition was hosted by the Ningxiang City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Ningxiang City Federation of Trade Unions. Highly skilled talents from all walks of life showcased their skills in this competition, representing the highest level of skills and craftsmanship in Ningxiang City.

After fierce competition, Yu Saiyuan from Hunan Chuangyuan Technology Center and Yue Xu from the Production Center respectively won top ten and excellence awards in the electrical maintenance worker group. This achievement is both a recognition of their professional abilities and comprehensive qualities, and a solid step forward in their careers.

It is understood that Yu Saiyuan won fourth and third place respectively in the electrical maintenance worker skill competition at the 6th and 7th "Skills Blue Moon Valley Skills Festival" and Changsha City "Ten Outstanding Professionals, Hundred Excellent Craftsmen" competition selection; Yue Xu won an excellence award in the electrical maintenance worker skill competition at the 6th "Skills Blue Moon Valley Skills Festival" and Changsha City "Ten Outstanding Professionals, Hundred Excellent Craftsmen" competition selection.
