The report specifically pointed out that the investment in intelligent mining equipment not only improved personnel safety but also increased production efficiency by 20%. Located in Hami, Xinjiang, Tianhu Iron Mine is situated in a complex geological environment, requiring extremely high equipment stability and intelligence. The Chuangyuan High-tech project team, targeting the characteristics of the mining area, relied on the iDOS4.0 intelligent operation system, using three core technologies: rapid mapping and positioning, intelligent hole layout planning, and high-precision boom control, to achieve intelligent drilling operations. Based on preset well network parameters, the system independently completes spatial coordinate calculation and boom trajectory planning, and single positioning can achieve precise rock drilling and hole-making operations for multiple holes. At the same time, based on the HarmonyOS data storage and data connection base, it realizes interoperability between HarmonyOS devices and mobile terminals, making mine maintenance management more convenient.
