The Jinbei Non-Coal Mine Intelligent Construction Site Promotion Conference was successfully held! Hunan Chuangyuan Intelligent Mining's achievements have attracted industry attention.

On May 8th, a field promotion meeting on the intelligent construction and advanced mining technology of non-coal mines in North Shanxi was held at Shanxi Zijin Mining Co., Ltd. Government leaders from the Shanxi Bureau of the National Mine Safety Administration, Taiyuan, Datong, and Xinzhou Emergency Management Bureaus, and mining professionals from the Shanxi region gathered together to witness the achievements of the intelligent mine benchmark project jointly developed by Hunan Chuangyuan and Shanxi Zijin, and explore new paths for the intelligent transformation of the mining industry.

The Shanxi Zijin 5G+ Smart Mine project is a benchmark project jointly developed by Zijin Mining and Hunan Chuangyuan. Through underground 5G+ remote driving and unmanned driving technology, the project successfully overcomes the three major pain points of traditional mines: "high safety risks, high labor intensity, and labor shortages in the industry," and delivers an impressive "construction report":

Unmanned Revolution of Raise Borer: Taking the CY-R80V intelligent raise borer as an example, traditional construction requires at least two people on-site for each shift. After intelligent upgrading, only routine equipment checks are needed before each shift to confirm normal operation, and then remote automatic operation can be performed, achieving "unmanned operation" on-site.

Essential Improvement in Safety: "Zero contact" between personnel and high-risk environments, remote control of underground operations throughout the process, and a significant reduction in the risk of safety accidents;

Improved Production Efficiency: The CY-R80V can be constructed without a concrete foundation, saving 7-10 days of construction time, simplifying the construction process, and improving operational efficiency.

At the promotion meeting, the Hunan Chuangyuan technical team demonstrated the precise control of underground equipment from the ground remote control center to the visiting group. The scene of intelligent equipment operating efficiently thousands of meters underground through real-time high-definition images and millisecond-level response commands amazed the attendees. Subsequently, the visiting group went underground for on-site observation, and the "unmanned practical performance" of Hunan Chuangyuan's CY-R80V intelligent raise borer and UMD6i (CY-MD421) intelligent down-the-hole drill rig won unanimous recognition.

This promotion meeting is not only a stage for showcasing achievements but also a "training ground" for cutting-edge technologies. Hunan Chuangyuan's newly released CY-T321 intelligent roadheader and CY-MT221 intelligent mining vehicle made their debut, becoming the focus of the event.

CY-T321 Roadheader: Equipped with the iGO guided operating system, it uses animation, voice, and text guided interactive methods to allow operators to complete operation learning more intuitively and efficiently, achieving "immediate operation upon boarding";

CY-MT221 Mining Vehicle: Equipped with the IDOS4.0 intelligent operation system and a high-precision blast hole positioning system, it can complete group hole drilling operations with one positioning according to the set well pattern parameters.

At the event, Dai Jianlong, chief scientist of Hunan Chuangyuan, gave a presentation titled "Leading the Future of Mines: The Fusion Innovation and Practice of Intelligent Mining Equipment and Systems." He deeply analyzed the system solution built with data and intelligence as the core of the design, from processes to equipment, from equipment to systems, and from hardware to software, emphasizing that "safety and efficiency are the essential goals pursued by intelligent mine construction!" Chuangyuan Intelligent General Manager Chen Jianjun had face-to-face exchanges with customers, answering questions one by one regarding equipment performance, scene adaptation, and after-sales service. Regarding the effect of unmanned construction, Chen Jianjun said: "Our goal is not only to replace manpower but also to achieve a fundamental change in the mining production model through intelligence."
