Recently, Chuangyuan High-Tech won the second prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award issued by the China Safety Production Association for its project "Research and Application of Key Technologies for Safe and Efficient Intelligent Shaft Drilling Rigs". This honor is not only a high recognition of Chuangyuan High-Tech's technological innovation capabilities, but also a strong testament to its mission of "liberating miners from harsh and hazardous environments."

This project applies advanced hydraulic, intelligent, 5G communication, big data, and integrated control and interconnection technologies to develop the IDOS3.0 intelligent control system for drilling rigs, which can realize safety protection, intelligent hole opening, intelligent anti-drilling, automatic lithological analysis, optimal control, autonomous operation, interconnection, and remote visualization control, making shaft construction operations safer, more intelligent, and more efficient. Personnel are away from the harsh and hazardous environment of deep well high temperature and rock burst, fundamentally solving the problem of production safety.
