5 14th On the afternoon of the 14th, Wang Han, director of the Data Center Solution Department, Network and IT Infrastructure SA Capability Center of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., visited Chuangyuan High-tech Co., Ltd. to conduct a technical exchange on "5G+ Smart Mining." Our chairman, Wang Yi, and general manager, Fang Xiaoxuan, received the visitors, and various senior executives participated in the reception and accompanied the exchange.

At the exchange meeting, Chairman Wang first introduced our company's basic situation, including its development history, business scope, corporate culture, team composition, and mining machinery products. He detailed the progress of our company's Xigou intelligent mining project—the remote intelligent remote control system for open-pit drilling rigs—and focused on introducing the intelligent remote control technology, robot control technology, and unmanned driving technology currently applied by our company in the field of mining machinery. Wang Han introduced Huawei's current IT technology achievements, especially 5G technology and communication positioning technology.

Subsequently, both sides conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on how to achieve intelligent mining equipment, communication positioning in underground mines, and the construction of the country's first unmanned underground mine.

Chairman Wang stated that the rapid development of intelligent mines is an effective model for achieving reduced manpower and increased efficiency, as well as environmental protection in mines. In the current context, he hopes that both sides will strengthen technical exchanges and deepen cooperation in the future. Following this, both sides tentatively planned to sign a strategic cooperation framework agreement, in order to fully leverage Huawei's "5G+ communication technology advantages and Chuangyuan's intelligent equipment professional technology advantages, jointly develop the "5G+ Smart Mining" market, promote effective and pragmatic cooperation, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

After the meeting, Wang Han and his party visited our company's mining machinery production workshop.
