During the pre-construction and post-equipment maintenance and service process, the customer expressed sincere gratitude for the dedicated and thoughtful service of our Market Support Department service engineers, and expressed high recognition of our service quality.

Under the correct leadership of the company's senior management and department leaders, our Market Support Department has implemented a "high standard, strict requirement" work deployment for this year's service, and the service work has been greatly improved. All staff of the Market Support Department work together, thinking and working together, regarding the company as their home, and treating customers' affairs as their own. In the face of the impact of factors such as the epidemic, they overcame all difficulties and did their best to provide services to customers.

During our service process, we arranged three excellent service engineers: Xiong Zhengxian, Guo Lixin, and Gong Jun. Liaoning Yuanda Mining Co., Ltd. actively cooperated, and both sides worked together, supporting each other, overcoming difficulties such as harsh geological conditions and uneven rock conditions. Service engineers followed up day and night, successfully completing construction services, equipment maintenance and maintenance, and remote guidance and support services. Since the start of drilling in October last year, three inclined shafts have been completed, which has been well received by customers.
