Chuangyuan High-tech's 150D down-the-hole drill rig and CY-R120VD raise borer were successfully shipped.

On May 29, Chuangyuan High-tech's 150D down-the-hole drill rig and CY-R120VD raise borer, after completion of assembly and debugging, were respectively sent to the production base of Shandong Dongping Hongda Mining Co., Ltd. and the Jiaojia Gold Mine in Laizhou City.

 

The "150D down-the-hole drill rig", also known as the "150 low-profile underground down-the-hole drill rig", was developed based on years of experience with existing drill rigs. It addresses the process needs of China's mining industry and the specific needs of the Shandong Dongping client. Utilizing programmable control technology and modular design, it boasts significant advantages such as compact structure, reliability, durability, high efficiency, safety, low cost, and user-friendliness. Currently, this drill rig is widely used in China's mining industry and is an essential drilling equipment for underground mines, especially digital mines.

The CY-R120VD raise borer is equipped with our independently developed RCS drill rig programmable control system, the first of its kind in China. It enables fully automated mechanized operation and utilizes deep-well precision drilling technology and secondary reaming technology, featuring high intelligence, high efficiency, safety, anti-pollution, energy saving, and user-friendliness. It has excellent application prospects in the construction of intelligent (unmanned) mines.
