This year, the company introduced a new AT3000 raise boring machine (Hunan Chuangyuan High-tech: AT3000L self-propelled raise boring machine). After two months of use, it successfully completed the 100-meter shaft operation in the 200m--100m section on December 16, laying the foundation for the construction of deep mining projects.

The new AT3000 raise boring machine has the advantages of reducing labor intensity for workers, improving operational safety, and lowering costs. It produces high-quality raise boreholes with a small deviation rate and smooth hole walls.

It is understood that the company's previous raise boring machine had a reaming diameter of only 1.5m, which could not meet the operational requirements. Secondary manual reaming and concrete pouring were necessary. Completing the work in the 200m--100m section took about 5 months, resulting in low efficiency and high costs. The newly introduced raise boring machine has a reaming diameter of 3m, requiring only 2 months to complete the work. This allows for one-time shaft formation, greatly improving efficiency and reducing costs.

The application of the new reverse-circulation drilling rig is an important measure for the company to implement large-scale and automated equipment. The company stated that it will accelerate the promotion of large-scale and automated equipment to create a safer and more efficient production environment.
