On June 26, 2015, the CY-R120 (AT3000) raise boring machine, with a drilling diameter of 3000mm～3500mm, independently researched and designed by Hunan Chuangyuan High-tech Machinery Co., Ltd. and manufactured by Hunan Chuangyuan Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., was delivered from the factory.
The CY-R120 (AT3000) raise boring machine is a rail-type dragging equipment suitable for raise boring in small or rail-type underground mines. It is a new generation of digital raise boring equipment with full lithological operation capabilities. Compared with similar domestic products, it has very significant advantages:
1. Patented technology, international high-end configuration
Utilizing independent patented technology and globally sourced well-known brand electrical components, hydraulic components, and transmission components, it boasts higher reliability, better performance, and longer lifespan compared to similar products.
2. Two drilling modes, three operation methods
The control system has two working modes (high-precision drilling mode and fast drilling mode) and three operation methods (manual, wired, and wireless). Users can select the working mode according to the accuracy of the raise and geological conditions, and select the operation method according to the on-site operation location and implementation situation.
3. Fully mechanized dry system loading and unloading
With the help of automatic positioning technology and dynamic insert plate structure, and through two hydraulic wrenches, the drilling machine can realize fully mechanized rod loading and unloading operation without the need for other personnel to command, greatly reducing the workload of operators, saving auxiliary operation time, and laying the foundation for the realization of digital mines.
4. RCS2.0 intelligent control system
The CY-R series raise boring machine is equipped with the RCS2.0 intelligent control system, which has functions such as safety protection, automatic operation, fault diagnosis, data storage, interconnection communication, and digital display.
The highly intelligent digital raise boring machine provides a new approach for raise boring operations in China. Wireless data storage and interconnection communication add "Internet" wings to the traditional mining industry, enabling deep integration between the Internet and traditional industries, creating a new development ecosystem, and adding impetus to the takeoff of traditional industries.
