1. Before and after the construction of the shaft drilling rig, when transporting materials using the transporter, the coal cutter must be locked, and all stop and start signal devices installed on the conveyor must be intact, the spacing must meet the regulations (15 meters), and must be sensitive and reliable.
2. Before transportation, all personnel involved in transportation, especially the transporter driver, must understand the type, quantity, and delivery location of the materials. 3. During material transportation, assign a dedicated person to monitor the material transportation situation. Assign dedicated personnel to supervise the signal devices, material unloading locations, and coal cutter parking positions. In addition, a dedicated person must monitor the transporter lock button, and there should also be personnel monitoring 10 meters behind the transported materials. In case of abnormal situations such as wedging, issue a signal and stop immediately for processing. In addition, ensure that the shaft drilling rig and reverse-circulation drilling rig can stop operation to ensure safety.
4. All personnel involved in material transportation at the working face must concentrate their attention, constantly observe the material operation, and stop immediately for processing if any abnormality is found. The conveyor driver must concentrate, keep their hands on the operating buttons, and pay attention to the start/stop signals and the operation of the transporter from the other party at all times. The transporter must start and stop promptly.
