Hunan Chuangyuan High-tech Machinery Co., Ltd.'s CY-R series raise borers are rail-towed equipment suitable for small or rail-bound underground mine raise boring. Highly Intelligent, Efficient and Safe
The RCS operating system equipped on the raise borer boasts a high degree of intelligence, simple operation, and reliable safety. Its main functions include:
1. Safety Protection Functions
Anti-misoperation drop rod: The misoperation interlock function ensures that the drill rod can only be reversed and uncoupled when the chuck is in place, and the drill bit connecting threads are tightened before the chuck can be removed, effectively preventing the serious accidents of misoperation and rod dropping that often occur in traditional drilling rigs.
Drilling jamming warning: Torque sensors and speed sensors continuously monitor torque and speed values in real time. If the torque shows a continuously increasing trend and the speed is unstable, the system will issue a timely warning. If the set value is exceeded, the system will immediately shut down and wait for operator handling.
Automatic detection and diagnosis: During operation, the fault diagnosis module continuously monitors key points in the hydraulic and electrical control systems. If the detected value deviates from the normal value, the system will issue an alarm and display a fault prompt.
Emergency power cut-off: Regardless of the operating status, the motor power can be cut off with one button at the operating position to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.
2. Automatic operation functions: Automatic positioning, automatic pressurization, automatic optimization.
3. Mode selection function: Due to the different physical and geological characteristics of rocks and different shaft design requirements, the drilling rig offers two operating modes:
Speed mode: Ensures constant axial pressure of the drill bit on the rock face. It is suitable for shallow well operations where the rock joints are stable and consistent and the accuracy requirements are not high. In this mode, the drilling speed is unlimited, which can greatly improve the advance rate.
Precision mode: The system automatically adjusts the thrust pressure to ensure a constant advance rate. It is suitable for deep well operations where the rock is more fragmented, the joints are more developed, and the accuracy is higher. In this mode, the drilling speed can be manually set according to the rock conditions and experience.
