Mutual Empowerment and Win-Win Development | Chuangyuan Intelligent and Yujang Technology Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On January 8, 2024, a strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony between Hunan Chuangyuan Intelligent Development Co., Ltd. ("Chuangyuan Intelligent") and Jiangsu Yujiang Technology Co., Ltd. ("Yujiang Technology") was held in the fourth-floor meeting room of Chuangyuan's R&D base. The ceremony was attended by leaders including Xu Qiaojia, Chairman of Yujiang Technology; Li Ze, General Manager of Yujiang Technology; Shao Weimin, Chief Engineer of Xinjiang Daming Mining; Li Zian, General Manager of Xinjiang Teli Mining; Wang Yi, Chairman of Hunan Chuangyuan; Fang Xiaoxuan, Vice President of Marketing, Hunan Chuangyuan; and Dai Jianlong, Vice President of Technology, Hunan Chuangyuan.

 

At the beginning of the meeting, Li Zhiyong, Chief Engineer of Chuangyuan Intelligent, and Wang Feng, Vice President of Chuangyuan Research Institute, gave a detailed introduction to the attending leaders about Hunan Chuangyuan's independently developed intelligent mining systems and equipment, series of raise borers, and intelligent mining equipment.

 

Chairman Wang Yi extended a warm welcome and sincere gratitude to the leaders and guests who attended the signing ceremony. He pointed out that Hunan Chuangyuan, Yujiang Technology, Daming Mining, and Teli Mining have great potential for cooperation, and he looks forward to strengthening mutual trust and communication with all parties to achieve more fruitful cooperation results.

 

Chairman Xu Qiaojia stated that many of Chuangyuan's products are at the forefront of Asia and even the world, and he looks forward to cooperating with Chuangyuan. He hopes that both sides will take the Xinjiang metal mine digital project demonstration and pilot promotion as an opportunity to make greater contributions to the intelligent construction of the domestic mining industry.

 

Chief Engineer Shao Weimin stated that, having worked in the industry for over 30 years, he has witnessed firsthand how advancements in mining equipment have driven progress in mining processes. In the past many years, domestic mining enterprises have been hampered by backward production processes and tools, and the safety and economic efficiency of mines have not been effectively guaranteed. He is very pleased to see excellent companies like Hunan Chuangyuan using advanced mechanized equipment to help mining enterprises solve safety production problems and improve economic efficiency.

 

Following this, Dai Jianlong, Vice President of Technology at Hunan Chuangyuan and Chairman of Chuangyuan Intelligent, and Xu Qiaojia, Chairman of Yujiang Technology, signed the strategic cooperation agreement.

 

Yujiang Technology is based on the integrated application of "Beidou + 5G + Artificial Intelligence" technology. Through independent research and development of industry application software, Internet of Things hardware, AI intelligent algorithms, and industry big data analysis models, it implements scientific and technological innovation research and application service promotion in the fields of digital logistics, digital mines, digital factories, smart communities, smart construction sites, smart agriculture, and military-civilian integration.

 

Relying on the rich mining equipment R&D experience of its parent company, Hunan Chuangyuan, Chuangyuan Intelligent focuses on the difficulties and pain points of mining customers, conducts independent research and development innovation, and provides mining customers with complete intelligent systems suitable for domestic unmanned mines. Currently, the company has cooperated with many leading mining enterprises to carry out intelligent mine construction and has rich experience in intelligent mine construction.
