Working hand in hand to promote the prosperity of the mining industry, Hunan Chuangyuan and Jiangxi Xintong have reached a preliminary strategic cooperation intention.

On January 5th, Chairman Wang Yi led a delegation of company executives to Jiangxi Xintong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangxi Xintong") for a study and exchange visit. Chairman Li Xiaoxiang and Vice Chairman Li Peng of Jiangxi Xintong accompanied and received the delegation and attended the exchange meeting.

 

Chairman Wang Yi's delegation visited the Jiangxi Xintong Industrial Park and learned about Jiangxi Xintong's complete industrial system of "R&D-production-sales-service-remanufacturing-training". At the subsequent symposium, Chairman Li Xiaoxiang and Chairman Wang Yi introduced the development situations and main products of Jiangxi Xintong and Hunan Chuangyuan, respectively.

 

Both sides showed a high degree of convergence in terms of corporate mission and vision, and industry development understanding. Based on this, both sides are willing to cooperate fully, deepen exchanges, share resources, form strategic complementarity, compete in the global market, and provide strong support for mining enterprises to achieve the goal of "mechanized reduction of personnel and unmanned intelligence", and contribute to improving the intelligent and digital mining and construction levels for domestic and foreign users.
