On January 9, 2023, Chuangyuan Intelligent held its annual summary work meeting. Company leaders including Wang Yi, Chairman of Hunan Chuangyuan, Fang Xiaoxuan, Vice President of Marketing, Tang Anping, Vice President of Delivery, and Dai Jianlong, Vice President of Technology, attended the meeting and listened to everyone's comprehensive review and summary of the 2023 work and the 2024 work plan.
Review 2023
At the meeting, heads of various business units, based on the key tasks of the year, used detailed data and vivid charts and texts to demonstrate the specific implementation and achievements of the work in the past year, highlighting the highlights of the work, conducting in-depth analysis of existing problems and shortcomings and proposing improvement measures, and also elaborated on the work plan for 2024.
Intelligent System
In 2023, Chuangyuan Intelligent successfully completed the design and development of intelligent systems such as the ceiling equipment control system, the unmanned driving system for underground transport vehicles, and the series of intelligent control systems for mining trucks. Our ceiling equipment control system has achieved differentiated functional configurations, with three different functional configurations for mining customers to choose from. Our rock drilling equipment system and intelligent mine management system are also about to go online.
Intelligent Equipment
In 2023, Chuangyuan's independently developed intelligent equipment shone brightly in the industry. Our T111 miniature intelligent roadheader uses a capsule cockpit for remote operation, freeing operators from the high-temperature, high-risk, and harsh environment of the mining site at nearly 40 degrees Celsius. Operators in the capsule cabin can freely adjust the comfortable air conditioning temperature, truly achieving "freeing mine workers from harsh and dangerous environments"; the R80V intelligent ceiling drilling rig has achieved remote continuous automatic operation for two shafts; the MD311 intelligent down-the-hole drilling rig has achieved remote fully automatic rock drilling pilot production operation; the unmanned driving shovel system for loaders has achieved continuous stable operation, and can achieve autonomous navigation, autonomous unloading, remote remote control loading and automatic weighing and metering functions; the rock drilling robot has achieved remote continuous automatic operation, and one host positioning can complete one-button automatic positioning and drilling operation of 8 vertical well positions, with the ability to perform inclined hole operations; the ripping machine and filling equipment have achieved remote control operation.
Intelligent Mining Project
In 2023, Chuangyuan Intelligent's numerous intelligent mining projects are under construction. The Jiu Steel Phase II project has been put into production; the Qidashan tooth wheel drill intelligent transformation project has achieved "manned attendance, unmanned operation"; intelligent mining projects in cooperation with partners such as Shanxi Zijin, Guizhou Zijin, Jinshi Resources, and Zijin Mining are also proceeding in an orderly manner as planned, and have received numerous letters of commendation from customers.
Corporate Construction
In addition to actively promoting business development, Chuangyuan Intelligent is also constantly improving its internal skills, consolidating its foundation, and improving its corporate management level and standardizing various rules and regulations. In 2023, Chuangyuan Intelligent successfully applied for 2 invention patents, 7 utility model patents and software copyrights; participated in industry conferences such as the Ansteel Digital Exhibition, and conducted in-depth exchanges and sharing of experiences with friends from all walks of life; through modern management methods such as digital dashboards, the internal management level and work efficiency have been significantly improved.
Prospect 2024
Success is always on the road. Although In 2023, under the leadership of the company's leaders, Chuangyuan Intelligent has achieved remarkable results, but we still clearly see that Chuangyuan Intelligent still has a distance to reach the world's advanced level. In 2024, Chuangyuan Intelligent will be based on the ground, look to the world, boldly innovate, and become the creator of the entire intelligent mining process in the non-coal mining industry.
