Hunan Chuangyuan made a wonderful appearance at the Smart Mine Construction Forum and the 5th "Digital Ansteel, Digital Ecology" On-site Promotion Conference

From May 25th to 27th, the China Metallurgical Mining Enterprises Association Smart Mine Construction Forum and the 5th "Digital Ansteel, Digital Ecosystem" On-site Promotion Conference, themed "Mountains Give Birth to All Things, Intelligence Leads the Way," was held in the Ansteel Mining Eco-Park. Hunan Chuangyuan showcased its intelligent remote control system for the Qidashan Iron Mine's roller bit drilling rig at the exhibition, attracting widespread attention and praise.

 

This on-site promotion conference was jointly hosted by the China Metallurgical Mining Enterprises Association and Ansteel Group, and undertaken by Ansteel Mining Company. It aims to thoroughly implement the important expositions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the construction of a digital China, to promote the experience and achievements of Ansteel Mining in "smart mining," to jointly discuss the paths and methods for achieving smart mining, to comprehensively improve the resilience and security level of the industrial chain and supply chain, and to contribute the strength of the mining industry to the comprehensive advancement of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese-style modernization.

 

Hunan Chuangyuan, as a partner of Ansteel Group, was invited to attend the conference and showcased to the visiting guests the 5G open-pit smart mining intelligent drilling system jointly developed by Ansteel Group, Northeastern University, Qidashan Iron Mine, and Hunan Chuangyuan Intelligent. The system can realize fully intelligent rock drilling for the Qidashan Iron Mine's roller bit drills. One person can remotely operate two drilling rigs in the central control center, completing the entire process of one-button autonomous operation of the roller bit drilling rig for the Qidashan open-pit iron mine. This includes autonomous hole searching, automatic cable winding, automatic leveling, automatic drilling, automatic anti-jamming, automatic dust removal, and post-drilling cleaning and slag removal. This intelligent control keeps operators away from the harsh environment of the mining site, improves work efficiency, ensures personnel safety, promotes unmanned mine production, and accelerates the construction of smart mines. After the system's operation, one person remotely controlling two devices in the control room can achieve 100% of the efficiency of four people operating on-site, helping mines reduce labor costs and significantly improve efficiency.

 

Hunan Chuangyuan's 5G open-pit intelligent mining solution has also been put into operation in projects such as Jiugang Xigou Mine and Panzhihua Iron and Steel Zhu Lan Iron Mine. In underground mines with even harsher conditions, Hunan Chuangyuan's independently developed unmanned mining technology, covering the entire process from drilling to transportation, has also been implemented, safeguarding the safe and efficient production of mining enterprises.

 

In the Hunan Chuangyuan exhibition area, the powerful products and successful cases frequently attracted visitors.
