Tackling difficulties without fear, enduring hardships without complaint - A letter of commendation from China Mobile

Recently, our partner, China Mobile Communications Gansu Co., Ltd., Jiayuguan Branch, sent a letter of commendation praising Hunan Chuangyuan's services in the "Xigou Mining Company 5G Smart Mine Construction Project."
The letter of commendation states: “Chuangyuan's Zhang Zhen, Long Xinyu, Li Peiyang, Chen Jianping, Yang Xingjian, and other personnel demonstrated the working spirit of 'not afraid of hardship, high altitude, higher standards,' using practical actions to interpret the service concept of 'customer-centric' in the Xigou Mine project and making significant contributions to the delivery of the 'Xigou Mining Company 5G Smart Mine Construction Project.'
This letter of commendation represents China Mobile Gansu's trust and recognition of all Hunan Chuangyuan staff. Creating value and providing satisfactory service for our partners is Hunan Chuangyuan's responsibility and honor.
In 2020, Jiugang Xigou Mine invited Huawei, China Mobile, Hunan Chuangyuan, and other companies to jointly create China's first fully remote intelligent mining system covering cars, excavators, and drills in open-pit mines. The Phase 1 project used a remote intelligent system for open-pit drilling, excavation, and transportation equipment as a starting point, mainly focusing on the intelligent upgrading and transformation of the drilling, loading, and transportation links involved in Xigou Mine's mining operations, including the roller cone drill, mining truck, and electric shovel.
Hunan Chuangyuan's construction of the drilling 5G remote intelligent remote control system. After the completion of the automated transformation and upgrading, management personnel in the intelligent control center can remotely operate two devices with a single roller cone drill via 5G technology, greatly reducing the number of on-site personnel, separating operators from equipment, removing personnel from harsh environments, and transferring the work location from outdoors to indoors. Mining workers no longer have to contend with the cold weather at high altitudes and endure the loud noise of mining equipment, nor do they have to worry about inhaling large amounts of dust during work, essentially eliminating occupational health hazards and improving production efficiency to achieve high-quality development.
After the Phase 1 project achieved significant results, in 2022, Xigou Mine launched the Phase 2 promotion project, expanding the application to more equipment in Xigou Mine, fully realizing the automation and unmanned operation of the mining production process, fundamentally eliminating production safety hazards, and ultimately building a truly unmanned smart mine, moving from domestically leading and internationally advanced to internationally leading. Now, Hunan Chuangyuan's four roller cone drills in the mining area complete automatic positioning and drilling seamlessly. “5G+ remote control” greatly reduces the labor intensity of mine workers. Mine workers can complete on-site work by simply moving their fingers in the office, greatly improving the working environment for operators, achieving 'human-machine separation,' and comprehensively improving the safety level of the mining industry.
Jiugang Xigou Mine The 5G smart mine construction project has set a benchmark for domestic 5G+ mines. According to the Gansu Provincial Metal Association, the project has reached internationally advanced levels and won the first prize in the Smart Mining Special Competition of the 5th National "Blooming Cup" 5G Application Collection Competition. Hunan Chuangyuan also won the Huawei "5G Edge DC Best Practice Award," Huawei "GTS Excellent Partner," Gansu Mining Intelligent Alliance Unit, and China Mobile "Excellent Partner" awards for its outstanding performance in the project.
