The intelligent down-the-hole drilling rig integrates next-generation information technologies such as advanced digital hydraulics, big data, the Internet of Things, 5G, and robotics. It is equipped with an integrated, high-capacity automated drill rod storage system and features a robotic autonomous drill rod handling system, enabling the drilling of large-diameter, ultra-deep holes and horizontal movements over distances exceeding 6 meters. The working support distance is less than 500 mm, offering an exceptionally wide operational range.

 

Technical Features

Robot-based drill pipe handling system

The robotic module controls a multi-degree-of-freedom hydraulic manipulator that autonomously and precisely replaces manual labor in gripping, transporting, and connecting drill pipes.

Vehicle-mounted drill rod storage rack

The vehicle-mounted integrated high-capacity automated drill rod storage system enables drilling of large-diameter, ultra-deep holes and horizontal movement over an extra-long distance of 6 meters. Its minimum working proximity to the mine wall is just 500 mm, offering an even wider operational range.

Intelligent Autonomous Operation

By integrating the iDOS34.0 intelligent operation system, it can achieve functions such as intelligent hole opening, intelligent anti-jamming, intelligent positioning, safety protection, autonomous operation, lithology analysis, report generation, and interconnected communication.

Vehicle-mounted air compressor

No additional pressurization or ductwork is required; the random air source supply has a short distance, resulting in minimal air pressure loss and making rock drilling operations more efficient.
