Zijin Mining Group and Hunan Chuangyuan High-tech signed a strategic cooperation agreement, jointly drawing a new blueprint for intelligent mining.

On February 27, Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zijin Mining") and Hunan Chuangyuan High-tech Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chuangyuan High-tech") held a grand signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation agreement in Changsha, Hunan. Zou Laichang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman, and President of Zijin Mining, and Wang Yi, Chairman of Chuangyuan High-tech, and other leaders attended the signing ceremony.
The signing ceremony was presided over by Fang Xiaoxuan, Senior Vice President of Chuangyuan High-tech. At the beginning of the ceremony, the attendees watched a corporate promotional video of Chuangyuan High-tech, learning about its development history, corporate culture, and technological strength.
Following this, Dai Jianlong, Vice President of Technology at Chuangyuan High-tech, introduced the company's remarkable achievements in the field of intelligent mining, including a series of shaft drilling rigs that solve the problems of safety and efficiency in shaft construction; intelligent roller cone drilling rigs that solve the problems of mechanization and intelligent operation in high-altitude and cold regions; and intelligent mining drilling rigs and remote intelligent mining systems that solve the problems of safety and efficiency in the mining process. These products fully demonstrate Chuangyuan High-tech's leading strength in the mechanization and intelligence of mining machinery.
Under the joint witness of the attendees, Wang Yi, Chairman of Chuangyuan High-tech, and Zou Laichang, President of Zijin Mining Group, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. According to the agreement, both parties will adhere to the principle of "complementary advantages, leveraging strengths, win-win cooperation, and seeking practical results", and will carry out comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in the fields of intelligent, digital, and green mining, jointly promoting the high-quality development of the mining industry.
At the signing ceremony, Wang Yi, Chairman of Chuangyuan High-tech, stated that since the establishment of Chuangyuan High-tech, Zijin Mining has provided strong support and assistance, and many of Chuangyuan High-tech's scientific research achievements have been successfully applied for the first time in mines under Zijin Mining. In the future, Chuangyuan will continue to make breakthroughs in the field of large-diameter deep-well fully intelligent excavation, completely freeing personnel from deep-well operations, providing comprehensive intelligent mining systems and equipment support for the construction of Zijin's intelligent mines, and striving to assist Zijin in building China's largest intelligent mining equipment and system industrial module, pushing the intelligent mining industry to new heights.
Zou Laichang, President of Zijin Mining, expressed high praise for Chuangyuan High-tech's achievements in the field of intelligent mining. He stated that Zijin Mining's extensive mining application scenarios will be combined with Chuangyuan High-tech's mature scientific research platform, technical system, and talent team to conduct technological research on intelligent mining equipment and systems. He expressed his expectation that through the joint efforts of both parties, they will soon realize the vision of safe and efficient operation of the entire mining process, even unmanned mining, and build a world-class intelligent mine. He also used the famous couplet from Yuelu Academy in Changsha, "Only Chu has talent, here it flourishes", to encourage Chuangyuan High-tech to continue to forge ahead and constantly create brilliant achievements!

The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement is an important milestone in the deepening cooperation and common development of Zijin Mining and Chuangyuan High-tech, and will also inject new impetus into the intelligent development of the mining industry.
