Vibrant frontline, colorful mining machines

As the giant ship of Chuangyuan High-tech, sailing in the field of mining machinery, continues its journey towards a brighter future, if the R&D personnel build our dreams and blueprints with technology and drawings, then it is the frontline craftsmen who use their diligent hands to "realize" these beautiful dreams, forging one piece of national treasure after another. Today, we turn our cameras to the production front line of Chuangyuan High-tech—Chuangyuan Mining Machinery—to capture the multifaceted charm of the frontline workers.
I. Skills Section
Solid and reliable skills are the foundation for Chuangyuan Mining Machinery craftsmen to stand firm in their positions, and also the cornerstone of Chuangyuan products being deeply trusted by customers. On July 22, the Chuangyuan Mining Machinery trade union organized frontline employees to participate in the 6th Ningxiang City Technician Competition. Yu Saiyuan and Yue Xu stood out in the electrician competition, winning the 4th and 19th place respectively.
Although other contestants did not win awards, they demonstrated solid and reliable operational skills and well-trained craftsmanship in the competition, and were unanimously praised and recognized by the judges and contestants from other units. Together with the winners, they demonstrated the excellent style of Chuangyuan people in pursuing quality and innovation, establishing a good reputation and image for the company. They are all the pride of Chuangyuan High-tech!
II. Training Section
On June 5, in order to further strengthen employees' awareness of safety responsibility and potential safety hazards, in accordance with the company's "Comprehensive Emergency Plan for Safety Production" and the arrangements and deployments of the "Safety Production Month" activities, and in conjunction with the theme of the 2020 Safety Production Month, "Eliminating Accident Hazards and Building a Solid Safety Line," Chuangyuan Mining Machinery organized all frontline employees to conduct safety production training and fire safety drills.
During the safety production training, foreman Li Zhengjiao used a combination of pictures and texts to introduce relevant safety production knowledge, and gave a detailed explanation of the current new situation and new development concepts of safety production. In the fire safety drills, everyone learned the skills of rapid and effective evacuation in the event of a fire, and correctly mastered the use of fire extinguishers.
Through the training, participants had a clearer and more alert understanding of potential safety hazards, and mastered the escape skills in the event of a safety accident, laying the foundation for further strengthening safety culture construction and implementing the enterprise's main responsibility for safety production.
III. Team Building Section
In order to further enrich employees' spare time and strengthen team building, from July 25 to 26, Chuangyuan Mining Machinery organized a weekend team-building activity, with all frontline production personnel participating.

Going to Dongjiang Lake, a national 5A-level tourist attraction known as the "Swiss Alps of the East," to experience the mysterious charm of "Mist-Shrouded Xiao Dongjiang".
Through this team-building activity, employees deepened their understanding of each other and felt the company's leadership's care for their employees, thus cherishing this opportunity even more. They enjoyed the beauty of nature and understood the wisdom of ancient craftsmanship, unconsciously enhancing the team's vitality, cohesion, and centripetal force.
At the end of the activity, while feeling reluctant to part, everyone expressed that they would integrate this centripetal force and vitality into their future work, and contribute more to the company's vigorous development of the "5G+ Smart Mine" business!
