On July 24, the signing ceremony for the cooperation project of "5G+ Smart Mine" between Jinshi Resources Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinshi Resources") and Chuangyuan High-tech was officially launched.

Before the signing ceremony officially began, leaders such as Jinshi Resources Chairman Wang Jinhua and Wanghua Fluorspar Chairman Luo Fangchu visited the mining machinery production workshop for an on-site inspection. They learned in detail about typical products such as intelligent mining equipment and fully affirmed the company's technological innovation capabilities and production capacity.

After the visit, everyone went to the 3rd-floor conference center of Chuangyuan High-tech's comprehensive building for the signing ceremony.

Chairman Wang Yi first extended a warm welcome to the guests attending the signing ceremony. He said that Chuangyuan High-tech has long been concerned about the difficulties and pain points in the development of the mining industry, actively responding to the national policy of "replacing people with machinery and reducing people with automation," and is committed to the research and development and promotion of national mining equipment and intelligent mining systems.

In recent years, Chuangyuan High-tech has not only developed several domestically and even Asia's first-of-its-kind mining equipment products, such as self-propelled shaft drilling rigs and cutting slot drilling rigs, but also combined artificial intelligence technology, Huawei 5G technology, and industrial internet technology to develop remote video remote control systems, autonomous drilling rig operation systems, unmanned driving systems for loaders, and unmanned driving systems for mine locomotives, etc., which are intelligent mining systems. Currently, it is the only domestic supplier of integrated mining process design, intelligent equipment R&D, and management platform construction, and can realize the autonomous operation of intelligent equipment. It is a one-stop intelligent mining solution provider and is widely recognized by domestic and foreign customers.

He also said that Jinshi Resources Group has provided a good platform for Chuangyuan High-tech. He sincerely thanked Jinshi Resources Group for its trust and strong support. At the same time, Chairman Wang expressed the hope that this cooperation will be used as an opportunity to build a "5G+ Smart Mine" demonstration platform, work together with Jinshi Resources and member units of the Fluorspar Development Industry Alliance of the China Mining Industry Association to promote the development of intelligent mining technology in China, and jointly create a blueprint for the "5G+ Smart Mine" industry!

Chairman Wang Jinhua stated that since its establishment, Jinshi Resources has been engaged in fluorspar mining investment and development, as well as the production and sales of fluorspar products. As a leading enterprise in the fluorspar industry, we have the responsibility and obligation to promote the mechanized and intelligent construction of fluorspar mines, and further help small and medium-sized mines in the same industry achieve mechanized and intelligent mining as soon as possible.

However, there has been a long-term shortage of equipment and technologies suitable for mining in small and medium-sized mines, especially the equipment, technologies, and systems required for intelligent mines. After in-depth technical exchanges with Chuangyuan High-tech, we were pleasantly surprised to find that Chuangyuan High-tech has rich experience in the research and development of mining equipment and specializes in the development of intelligent mining systems. The intelligent equipment and technical systems designed and developed by it are highly adaptable to the small and medium-sized mines under Jinshi Resources. This cooperation can be described as "finding what one has been searching for, without any effort."

To this end, Wanghua Fluorspar has been making efforts in mine mechanization, automation, and intelligent upgrading for many years. However, due to factors such as weak technical strength, progress has been relatively slow.

He stated that through this signing ceremony, we have a deeper understanding and recognition of Chuangyuan High-tech's mining machinery equipment, especially its intelligent mining equipment and systems, which make us see a bright future for the mechanization and intelligent development of small and medium-sized mines. The signing of this cooperation between Chuangyuan High-tech and Jinshi Resources is a strong alliance, occupying the right time, place, and people, and is destined to become a significant stroke in the process of intelligent development of small and medium-sized mines.

Under the joint witness of the leaders present, Chuangyuan High-tech and Jinshi Resources officially signed a cooperation agreement.

According to the agreement, it is expected that by the end of 2020, Chuangyuan High-tech will assist Jinshi Resources in improving the unmanned mining level of its underground mines through the research and development and manufacturing of intelligent equipment and key technologies. Based on the existing mine conditions of Jinshi Resources Group, Jinchang Mining will be selected as the demonstration project for unmanned underground mining, and Zijin Mining will be selected as the demonstration project for the unmanned driving intelligent transportation system for mine locomotives, thus completing four types of unmanned mining complete sets of intelligent equipment: Rock drilling robot (A fully functional autonomous robot specially developed for small and medium-sized mines, equipped with a multi-degree-of-freedom polar coordinate autonomous positioning system, autonomous operation system, and remote control system. By simply replacing the boom, it can realize the full-function autonomous operation of vertical fan-shaped drilling and horizontal excavation for mining.) This system can perform remote video-controlled loading and unmanned driving operations along planned routes for safe and efficient transportation. The project includes the research, experimentation, and acceptance testing of a Class 1 electric vehicle unmanned driving intelligent transportation system. Ultimately, it will establish a model unmanned mine project and a model electric vehicle unmanned driving intelligent transportation system project. This will achieve reduced human presence in moderately risky areas and no human presence in high-risk areas of the mine, reducing safety risks while significantly lowering operating costs and greatly improving production efficiency.
