With the development of mining technology, the demand of mining enterprises for large-diameter shaft drilling rigs is increasing, and there are customers who hope that Chuangyuan High-tech will focus on developing large-diameter shaft drilling rigs . 　　Prior to this, Chuangyuan High-tech's R&D team had rich experience in the R&D of shaft drilling rigs. The company's "high-performance intelligent drilling rig for underground shafts and cutting slots" has reached the "internationally advanced level" after technological achievement evaluation, and many products have been recognized as the first set; however, the R&D of large-diameter shaft drilling rigs still faces huge challenges. On the one hand, a larger construction diameter means that the overall size of the equipment will be larger, but considering the equipment transportation, transfer, and construction scenarios, the size needs to be controlled within the range that is suitable for most mine roadways in China; on the other hand, large-diameter construction and hard rock environment construction have very high requirements on the strength and hardness of equipment materials.

However, the members of the project team were not afraid of difficulties, and worked together day and night, holding round after round of "brainstorming" seminars, reading countless references, and discussing design scheme after design scheme, and finally successfully developed China's first fully rock intelligent shaft drilling rig CY-R200V with a well diameter of up to 6 meters, filling the gap in the field of domestic intelligent large-diameter shaft drilling rigs.

　　During the industrial experiment, the customer learned that Chuangyuan High-tech had successfully developed China's first fully rock intelligent shaft drilling rig CY-R200V with a well diameter of up to 6 meters, contacted the company to visit the construction site, and immediately signed an order.

　　Currently, CY-R200V has successfully completed the construction of two large-diameter vertical shafts in Baowu Steel Group's Xinjiang Bazhou Dundet Iron Mine, with construction efficiency far exceeding expectations, winning high praise from customers.

　　Among them, the first vertical shaft The rock hardness is f10～f15 The well depth is 220 meters, of which the upper section is 184 meters with a diameter of 5 meters, and the lower section is 36 meters with a diameter of 6 meters, with a total length of 217 meters Pilot hole took 325 hours (Calculated at 20 hours per day for a two-shift system, it took 16.25 days), the deviation measured by the mine was about 337mm, The deviation rate is 0.15% (The rated deviation rate is 0.5%), which meets the design requirements; The total reaming time is 450 hours (Calculated at 20 hours per day for a two-shift system, it took 22.5 days), The highest reaming speed is 21 meters/day 。
