The 2024 annual work advancement meeting for the National Key Research and Development Program project during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, "Safe and Efficient Mining Technology and Intelligent Equipment for Fractured Ore Bodies in Underground Metal Mines," was successfully held.

　　On December 5th, the 2024 annual work advancement meeting for the "Safe and Efficient Mining Technology and Intelligent Equipment for Fractured Metal Ore Bodies" project under the "Strategic Mineral Resource Development and Utilization" key special project of the 14th Five-Year Plan National Key Research and Development Program was successfully held in Beijing.

　　Leaders and experts including Pei Zhiyong, director of the China 21st Century Agenda Management Center, and academician Wu Aixiang of the Chinese Academy of Engineering attended the meeting to provide guidance on the project's implementation and annual progress. Hunan Chuangyuan, as the undertaking unit of the "Intelligent Technology and Equipment for Deep Hole Cutting, Rock Drilling, and Large-Scale Shovel Transportation in Underground Metal Mines" subject within the project, attended the meeting.

　　

 

　　At the meeting, the heads of each subject respectively reported on the completed work, progress and indicators of key technologies, major performance outputs, existing problems, and the next work plan. All subjects have completed their annual assessment indicators, and the project is progressing smoothly as planned.

　　

 

　　Director Pei, Academician Wu, and other attending leaders and experts fully affirmed the efforts made by Hunan Chuangyuan to steadily advance the project, and pointed out that intelligent mining equipment plays an important supporting role in this project and needs to be further empowered through technological innovation to enable China's intelligent mine construction.

　　The successful convening of this meeting strengthened the cohesion among all parties, effectively promoted communication and cooperation among projects, and provided important support for the smooth progress and future research of the project. In the future, Hunan Chuangyuan will strengthen close cooperation with its partners, continuously promote high-quality project implementation, provide a complete set of intelligent equipment for safe, efficient, low-carbon, and intelligent mining of fractured ore bodies in China, and provide strong equipment and technical support for promoting the efficient development and utilization of strategic mineral resources.
