Exchange and mutual learning, promoting common growth | Hunan Chuangyuan attended the 2nd Academic Exchange Conference on Continuous Mining Equipment and Technology Development for Non-Coal Mines

From November 8th to 10th, the Second Academic Exchange Conference on Continuous Mining Equipment and Technology Development for Non-Coal Mines was held in Kunming, Yunnan. Hunan Chuangyuan was invited to attend the conference. Professor Wang Yi, chairman of the company, led the delegation and engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges with academicians and experts on the research of continuous mining equipment, technology, and applications in non-coal mines at home and abroad.

 


As a well-known domestic intelligent mining equipment and overall mining solution provider, Hunan Chuangyuan has accumulated rich successful experience in the field of hard rock mechanized excavation and mechanized continuous mining in non-coal mine shafts. The company's intelligent shaft drilling rig, with a well diameter ranging from 1 to 8 meters, has successfully solved the problems of high difficulty and safety risks in underground vertical engineering construction, and has achieved fully autonomous operation of the shaft drilling rig, winning the "National Science and Technology Progress Second Prize"; at the same time, the company has undertaken two major projects of the 14th Five-Year Plan key research and development plan and the key scientific and technological research projects on mine safety production of the National Mine Safety Supervision Administration, and is working to overcome key core technologies such as "Thin Ore Vein Mining, Selection, and Filling Synergistic High-Efficiency Green Continuous Mining Technology and Equipment" and "Underground Metal Mine Broken Ore Body Safe and Efficient Mining Technology and Intelligent Equipment".

 


At the conference, Yin Qiancai, director of the Hunan Chuangyuan Research Institute, gave a special report, sharing Hunan Chuangyuan's vertical shaft excavation and mining scheme.

 


During the meeting, Chairman Wang Yi had in-depth discussions and extensive exchanges with academician Wu Aixiang of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Xue Jianguang, director of the Policy, Regulations, and Science and Technology Equipment Department of the National Mine Safety Supervision Administration, Long Yi, vice president of Zijin Mining Group, and Liu Xiaoming, deputy chief engineer of Zhongjinlingnan, and other expert leaders on the transformative innovation of mining technology and equipment, intelligent construction and management of mines, and other issues.

Through this conference, Hunan Chuangyuan further strengthened its external academic exchanges and cooperation, and deepened its understanding of the research on continuous mining equipment, technology, and applications in non-coal mines at home and abroad. In the future, Hunan Chuangyuan will further increase its efforts in technological innovation, cultivate and develop new productive forces for non-coal mine mining, and promote the transformation of China's non-coal mines to non-explosive mechanical mining methods and continuous mining modes through scientific research and technological promotion of new mining equipment and technologies, providing strong equipment and technological support for promoting the high-quality and sustainable development of China's mineral resource development.
