Strength Certification! Hunan Chuangyuan Intelligent Mining Equipment Recommended by the National Mine Safety Supervision Bureau

Recently, the Comprehensive Department of the National Mine Safety Administration issued a notice on forwarding the experience of Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd. in the research and application of small and lightweight equipment for thin vein mines, calling for learning from Zijin Mining's advanced experience. Hunan Chuangyuan's customized small intelligent tunneling vehicle for Guizhou Zijin is also among those recommended.

The notice introduces that the Hunan Chuangyuan CY-T121 intelligent tunneling vehicle is suitable for tunneling or mining heights of 2.6-3.5 meters. The equipment has a body width of 0.98 meters, a height of 1.8 meters, a total weight of 8 tons, a minimum turning radius (outer side) of 5.5 meters, a maximum working slope of 15°, a maximum thrust of 15 kN, a hinge connection between the power unit and the rock drilling unit, a minimum roadway passability of 2.0 meters × 2.0 meters, and a minimum working section of 2.6 meters × 2.6 meters. Compared with traditional handheld small pneumatic rock drills, this equipment can realize on-site remote control rock drilling, remote capsule remote control rock drilling, and one-button intelligent rock drilling on the ground. Under the same lithological conditions, the rock drilling advancement speed and comprehensive perforation capacity are significantly improved. Taking the drilling of a 2.8m × 2.8m roadway under hard rock conditions and the completion of 48 drill holes with a depth of 2.5m as an example, the single drill hole rock drilling advancement speed has increased from 0.4m/min to 1m/min, and the time to complete all drill hole rock drilling has been reduced from 8 hours to less than 4 hours, with the rock drilling advancement speed increased by 2 times and the comprehensive perforation capacity increased by more than 1 time.

The National Mine Safety Administration has given high affirmation to the application of small intelligent mining equipment in mines. The notice states that small and lightweight equipment has a small size and light weight, flexible passage and transfer, and is more in line with the needs of mechanized and intelligent mining of thin vein mines, and can be promoted in more than 80% of thin vein mines; small and lightweight equipment does not require manual or handheld equipment operation, and through remote control operation, it frees operators from dangerous operation areas, effectively reducing safety risks, significantly reducing worker labor intensity, and avoiding occupational hazards such as noise, dust, and vibration.
