Smart Mining Creates the Future | Leaders from Chihong Zhe Mine and Changsha Nonferrous Metals Research Institute Visit Hunan Chuangyuan for Technical Exchange

On November 25th, Yan Qingwen, chief engineer of Huize Mining Branch of Yunnan Chihong Zinc and Germanium Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huize Mining"), Yu Yisong, chief designer of Changsha Nonferrous Metals Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changsha Nonferrous Institute"), and other leaders visited Hunan Chuangyuan for technical exchange. Wang Yi, chairman and general manager of Hunan Chuangyuan, Dai Jianlong, deputy general manager, Chen Jianjun, general manager of Chuangyuan Intelligent, and others warmly received them. Both sides conducted in-depth discussions on the construction of intelligent mines.
Mr. Wang welcomed the visit of Mr. Yan, Mr. Yu and other leaders, and introduced Hunan Chuangyuan's work in intelligent mining equipment and intelligent mine system solutions. Mr. Wang stated that Hunan Chuangyuan starts from the corporate mission of "liberating mine workers from harsh and hazardous environments", and conducts independent innovation based on the urgent needs and pain points of mining enterprises. We mainly provide customized products based on customer needs, construction processes, geological conditions, etc. For example, based on the situation and needs of a Guizhou customer whose tunnel space is narrow and difficult to achieve mechanized construction, through innovative research and development, we provided the customer with a miniature intelligent roadheader with a maximum body width of only 0.98 meters. It is gratifying that our efforts have been recognized by all sectors. The company has won numerous honors, including the National Specialized and New "Little Giant" Enterprise, the first prize of the 5th "Blooming Cup" of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the first prize of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award, and the GSMA (Global System for Mobile Communications Association) "5G+ Smart Mine" application case. We also undertake key scientific research projects such as Changsha Municipal Science and Technology Plan Project, Changsha Municipal Major Science and Technology Project, and the "14th Five-Year Plan" National Key Research and Development Plan Project. We also look forward to having the opportunity to cooperate with Huize Mining and Changsha Nonferrous Institute to develop new technologies and products, injecting strong impetus into the development of the mining industry.
Mr. Yan stated that he had previously learned about Hunan Chuangyuan's intelligent mine system solutions and intelligent equipment and was very interested in Hunan Chuangyuan. He highly recognized Hunan Chuangyuan's integrated development approach of "equipment, technology, and intelligent system", and hoped to broaden his horizons and exchange ideas through communication with Chuangyuan. Mr. Yan introduced the development history and current main needs of Huize Mining to Mr. Wang. Huize Mining owns the deepest mine in Asia, and conventional mining processes cannot meet the needs of deep-well mining under high temperature and high pressure. It is hoped that through the construction of intelligent and unmanned mines, the problems of high safety risks, low efficiency, and high costs in deep-well mining can be solved.
Subsequently, both sides conducted in-depth and detailed discussions and exchanges on deep-well mine mining processes and intelligent mine construction schemes. Market demand is the driving force of innovation, and Hunan Chuangyuan is very willing to work with Huize Mining and Changsha Nonferrous Institute to promote the construction of intelligent mines and open up a new situation of safe and efficient production.
