Big names arrive | Chinese Academy of Sciences academician Song Zhenqi visits Hunan Chuangyuan to guide the work

On December 6, Professor Song Zhenqi, a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and professor at Shandong University of Science and Technology, and Zhang Likuan, vice president of the China Electromechanical Products Circulation Association and president of the Intelligent Mining Branch, visited Hunan Chuangyuan to provide guidance. Company leaders, including Chairman Wang Yi, Vice General Manager Fang Xiaoxuan, and Tang Anping, warmly received them.
Professor Song Zhenqi was elected as an academician (member of the学部委员) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1991. He is a pioneer and founder of the theory of "practical mine pressure and rock stratum control" in China, and has made significant contributions to guiding safe coal mine production and mechanized development using the "practical mine pressure theory".
During the inspection of Hunan Chuangyuan's production workshop, Academician Song listened to a report on the company's product research and development and production status, and conducted on-site inspections of Hunan Chuangyuan's independently developed flagship products, including large-diameter raise boring machines, slot raise boring machines, and micro-intelligent roadheaders.
Upon learning about Hunan Chuangyuan's independently developed first all-rock intelligent raise boring machine CY-R200V, Academician Song inquired about the development of similar foreign products and was very concerned about domestic products replacing imported products and breaking through "bottleneck" problems. Chairman Wang Yi stated that Hunan Chuangyuan is working hard to overcome technological difficulties, relying on independent research and development to break foreign blockades. Currently, we have achieved certain results, such as the slot raise boring machine, which only two companies in the world have achieved mass production, one of which is Hunan Chuangyuan; in addition, Hunan Chuangyuan has overcome the technical problems of large-diameter raise boring machines over 6 meters and all-rock intelligent raise boring machines, allowing domestic enterprises to use domestically produced equipment that is more suitable for the domestic mining environment, safer, more efficient, and more intelligent.
Afterwards, company leaders accompanied Academician Song to visit the Chuangyuan R&D base, the corporate culture exhibition hall, and the global data center, and held a meeting for discussion and exchange. At Hunan Chuangyuan's global data center, colleagues from Chuangyuan Intelligent demonstrated the operation of mining equipment in Zijin, Shanxi, from Changsha, thousands of miles away.
At the meeting, Academician Song repeatedly gave a thumbs-up to express his appreciation for Hunan Chuangyuan's achievements. Academician Song stated that our enterprises should innovate for the people and for the future. Hunan Chuangyuan's raise boring machines, intelligent mining equipment, and intelligent mining systems have contributed to helping mining enterprises achieve mechanization and intelligence. He hopes that in the future, Chuangyuan will develop more products that help miners solve safety problems, provide a comfortable and safe working environment for miners, and lead the world.
