Zeng Lingyong, an after-sales engineer at Hunan Chuangyuan, received an assignment to go to a customer's site in Guangxi to train mine workers on new equipment while his wife was pregnant and about to give birth. Despite his reluctance to leave his pregnant wife, considering that time is money and efficiency is life, and that the sooner the equipment is put into use, the sooner it can create benefits for the customer, he chose to rush to the site immediately to provide after-sales service to the Guangxi customer.
