The newly developed special composite material RDP30 has increased the maximum tensile strength of drill rods to 1020 MPa, significantly enhancing their load-bearing capacity and service life.

Good mechanical properties

Innovatively adopting an internal and external flow online heat treatment process ensures the comprehensive mechanical performance of drill pipes.

Long service life

Adopting an equal-stress strength design, the weight of the drill pipe is reduced by 20% compared to conventional drill pipes. By employing a threaded structure featuring dual steps, double faces, and dual lead threads, the conversion rate from torque to tensile force is significantly lowered. The patented thread structure with a large pitch and high tooth profile greatly extends the service life of the threads, effectively ensuring the safety of the drilling rig even under high-load operating conditions.
