The cutterhead is available in two types: monolithic cutterheads and modular cutterheads. The modular cutterhead features a compact disassembled size, making it easy to lower into the wellbore. By simply replacing the multi-blade holder, it can be assembled into reaming cutterheads of various diameters. The carefully designed arrangement of cutting segments allows the same cutterhead to accommodate different-performance roller cutter assemblies, thereby reducing users' costs associated with repeated purchases. A proprietary flexible connection between the pull rod and the cutterhead housing effectively mitigates the impact of uneven loading during operations under complex geological conditions, thus extending the cutterhead's service life. The large-scale cutterhead is equipped with traction rods and wheel assemblies that significantly enhance the efficiency of cutterhead transportation.
Modular design
Modular design with a compact cutterhead disassembly size for easy downhole deployment.
Seamless transfer and transportation.
With the quick-disconnect tire assembly and tow bar device, field transportation can be rapidly completed using only standard towing power.
Heavy-duty structural design
We have innovatively developed a V-shaped hob mounting structure, a pin-and-key positioning technology, and a connection method between the cutterhead housing and the tie rod keyway, enhancing the tool’s ability to penetrate hard rock and ensuring compliance with the all-rock fragmentation requirements in metal mines.
Highly adaptable
With the same modular cutter head, simply by replacing the cutting blades, it’s possible to assemble reaming cutter heads of different diameters, effectively reducing users’ costs associated with repeatedly purchasing cutter heads.
