· Diesel-electric integrated travel drive system

Addressing pain points such as heavy workload and low efficiency in the relocation of electrically driven equipment due to cable wiring and guiding operations, this diesel-electric integrated travel drive system eliminates the need for cable wiring and guiding during relocation. It is suitable for long-distance relocation operations.

 

· Fully automatic intelligent control system

One-person control of multiple machines: Remote intelligent cockpit can manage multiple drilling rigs, allowing operators to switch operations between different equipment and areas as needed, thereby improving equipment utilization and drilling hole management efficiency. One-click autonomous operation: Achieve automatic cable winding, automatic hole searching, automatic leveling, and automatic drilling with a single click. Enable multi-hole autonomous intelligent operations, approaching the efficiency of manual operations for individual equipment.

 

· High airflow slag discharge system

Equipped with a high airflow slag discharge system , ensuring high air return velocity under the design hole diameter. This effectively reduces secondary crushing and jamming issues caused by inadequate slag discharge.

 

· High drill rig robust drilling system

Utilizing a high drill rig design, the single rod drilling depth reaches 19.6m, meeting the maximum hole depth requirements for open-pit metal mine blast holes. During continuous operation, there is no need to load and unload drill rods, allowing for rapid and accurate positioning and guidance of the drill bit, significantly enhancing drilling accuracy and efficiency.

 

· Safe and comfortable personnel operating environment

The spacious and comfortable pressurized cab is equipped with heating and air conditioning, intelligent control integrated seats, and a guided operating system, providing a safe and comfortable operating environment. It features a remote control mode that frees personnel from vibration, noise, and hazardous environments, eliminating the need for on-site manual operation.

 

· Easy maintenance modular design

The drilling downforce lifting system guide rails adopt a modular replaceable design, significantly reducing the difficulty and cost of later maintenance for the drill rig. Fully hydraulic distributed drive and centralized control solution, without mechanical transmission structures such as drive shafts, clutches, gearboxes, and transfer cases, resulting in low failure rates and simplified maintenance and replacement.
