Former General Manager of Hunan Nonferrous Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., Professor-level Senior Engineer, Master's Supervisor, recipient of the State Council Special Allowance, current expert reviewer for the National Science and Technology Progress Award of the Ministry of Science and Technology, member of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Expert Committee, In 2009, he was awarded the National Labor Model of the Nonferrous Metals Industry by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and is a first-tier talent in Hunan Province's "121 Talent Project". For many years, he has been engaged in the research and manufacturing of mining equipment, presiding over numerous major national and provincial scientific research projects. More than ten of his scientific research achievements have won national and provincial science and technology progress awards. He successfully used these technological achievements to establish Tongling Tongguan Machinery Co., Ltd., and used them to develop Changsha Mining Institute Machinery Factory, which was on the verge of bankruptcy, into Hunan Nonferrous Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. These two companies have become backbone enterprises in China's mining equipment manufacturing industry, and their products are the main equipment for China's current mining industry. He has made outstanding contributions to improving the mechanization level of China's mining equipment and promoting technological progress in the mining industry.
