INTELLIGENT DOWN-THE-HOLE DRILL CY-MD321

The intelligent down-the-hole drill integrates advanced digital hydraulics, big data, IoT, 5G, robotics, and other next-generation information technologies. It features an integrated large-capacity automated drill rod storage system and is equipped with a robotassisted autonomous drill rod fixture system. This enables drilling of large-diameter and ultra-deep holes, with capability for over
6m of horizontal movement, operating with a distance to tunnel of less than 500mm. It offers a wide operating range.

Technical Features

Robotic Drill Rod Loading and Unloading System

The robotic module controls multi-degree-of-freedom hydraulic manipulators to replace manual operations, achieving precise and autonomous handling of drill rods including grabbing, transporting, and fixture.

Onboard Drill Rod Storage

The onboard integrated, large-capacity automated drill rod storage system enables large-diameter, ultra-deep hole drilling and 6m ultra-long-distance translation. The minimum operating distance from the wall is 500mm, with a wider operating range.

Intelligent Autonomous Operation

By integrating the iDOS34.0 intelligent operating system, it enables functions such as intelligent drilling, anti-jamming, precise positioning, safety protection, autonomous operation, rock analysis, report generation, and connectivity

Onboard Air Compressor

No additional pressure boosting or trailing air ducts are required. With short-range accompanied air supply, minimal air pressure loss ensures more efficient rock drilling operations.
