Good news, third installment! Chuangyuan High-Tech and its mining machine subsidiary have been recognized as a small giant enterprise in the industrial and information technology sector of Changsha City.

Recently, according to news released by the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Chuangyuan High-tech and its mining machinery subsidiary have successfully passed the Changsha Municipal Industrial and Information Technology Small Giant Enterprise certification.

What is a Small Giant Enterprise?

Further promoting the high-quality development of the private economy and small and medium-sized enterprises, and improving the professionalization capabilities and level of enterprises, is the initial intention of launching the Small Giant Enterprise certification project. According to the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Healthy Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" (Zhongbanfa [2019] No. 24), "Small Giant" Enterprises refers to leading enterprises that focus on niche markets, have strong innovation capabilities, high market share, master key core technologies, and have excellent quality and efficiency. "Small Giant" enterprises usually focus on core basic components (parts), key basic materials, advanced basic processes, and industrial technology bases, and have outstanding advantages such as prominent main business, strong competitiveness, and good growth, making them outstanding among small and medium-sized enterprises.

 

The 2020 Changsha Municipal Industrial and Information Technology Small Giant Enterprise certification work started in June. After the stages of enterprise application, recommendation review, expert review, and composite determination, Chuangyuan High-tech and its mining machinery subsidiary were successfully included in the certification list. Successfully passing the certification means that the participating enterprises have reached the corresponding indicators in terms of economic efficiency, professionalization level, innovation ability, and business management.
