Following the successful completion of the pilot hole for well No. 1 by our client, the Hydropower Eighth Bureau Anhui Changjiu (Shenshan) limestone mine project team's "special forces" on March 24th, the reverse drilling expansion of well No. 1 was successfully completed at 23:50 on April 12th. Excluding one day for cutterhead installation and debugging, the total time was 18 days, with a total length of 260 meters, an average daily progress of 14.3 meters, and a maximum daily progress of 16 meters. This is 8 days ahead of the original construction schedule, giving the client valuable time to achieve their production goals on time and to the required quality.

　　This project uses our company's CY-R120D reverse circulation drilling rig, which boasts superior quality and performance. It is the first in China to adopt a high-pressure hydraulic system with 40MPA constant power control, load sensing, multiple filtration, and full-proportional electromagnetic control. It features high intelligence, high-end configuration, and many imported parts, resulting in a highly stable and reliable system, making it ideal for deep-hole drilling in hard rock.

　　However, when encountering geological anomalies, the cutterhead and drill string of the reverse circulation drilling rig may vibrate violently, and improper operation can cause drill string breakage. Therefore, the technicians of the Shenshan project team of the Hydropower Eighth Bureau carefully organized the work, reasonably controlled the drilling parameters, avoided operational errors, and ultimately successfully completed the task ahead of schedule.
