I. Applications of CY-R Series Raise Borers

II. Features of CY-R Series Raise Borers:

1. Compact structure, allowing safe operation within a working chamber 3800mm high. Safe travel within a roadway 1300mm wide and 1800mm high. 2. High-protection intelligent hydraulic system: Uses a constant power load-sensitive hydraulic pump and load-sensitive electromagnetic proportional valve group, with full proportional sensitive control, no overflow, no heat generation, and high efficiency and energy saving. Multi-stage filtration and isolation of suction oil, pipelines, return oil, and leakage oil prevent system contamination and ensure more reliable operation of hydraulic components;

3. CANBUS bus RCS programmable control system: The safety protection programmable control module ensures operational safety and prevents misoperation from causing dropped rods or equipment damage. The drilling rig attitude and position sensing programmable control module enables precise and rapid positioning and rod loading/unloading operations, resulting in higher drilling accuracy; the vehicle-mounted manual and remote line control dual-mode operation module makes operation more convenient and safe. The drilling rig thrust adaptive programmable control module has intelligent control functions such as anti-sticking, anti-deviation, opening pressure reduction, and automatic pressure increase during drilling, ensuring efficient and reliable drilling rig operation and automatic adaptation to different working conditions;

4. Patented large-pitch high-strength drill rods: To meet different operational needs, standard drill rods (tensile strength > 700Mpa) and high-strength drill rods (tensile strength > 1100Mpa) are available; the large-pitch thread effectively improves the tensile strength of the threaded connection. The drill rods are designed with equal strength, reducing the overall weight of the drill rods and effectively improving drilling depth and drill rod fatigue resistance.

5. Patented modular cutterhead: Different diameter raise boring can be achieved by simply changing the cutter blades. The disassembled size is small, making it easy to lower into the well; a variety of cutters suitable for different rock properties are available.

6. The cutter assembly uses a patented technology of a combination of cylindrical pins and flat keys for positioning, avoiding the low repeat positioning accuracy and long replacement cycle caused by welding methods, allowing users to replace the cutter assembly themselves while achieving factory precision; the cutter uses a V-shaped groove and an inclined anti-loosening bolt fixing method, which can effectively prevent cutter jumping caused by operational impact, greatly improving the service life of the cutter seat and cutter.

7. The newly designed head connection structure adopts a 60-degree end face tooth and conical thread large bolt scheme. This design eliminates the circumferential clearance between the head and the spindle, preventing loosening of the conical thread large bolt during high-torque forward and reverse rotation. The use of conical threads also provides a certain radial clamping force between the conical thread large bolt and the spindle, further improving the reliability of the connection.

8. Four-speed controlled self-lubricating rotary gearbox: The combined control of pump variability and gearbox shifting meets the differentiated rotational speed requirements of drilling and reaming operations.

9. All-position working manipulator and automatic rod clamping device: Can complete the entire process of rod loading and unloading, saving personnel and reducing labor intensity.
