On April 8, 2024, adhering to the service philosophy of "customer first," Hunan Chuangyuan's Shandong branch officially commenced operations. At the opening ceremony, numerous partners, including Zhaokin Mining, Shandong Gold, and Jinchengxin Mining, gathered together to witness this exciting moment.
In the future, Hunan Chuangyuan's Shandong branch will undertake product installation and debugging, maintenance, parts supply, personnel training, and technical support in the Shandong region. This will significantly reduce parts transportation time, quickly respond to customer needs, and provide Shandong customers with more professional, convenient, and attentive service. Shandong is a major mineral province in China and a very important consumer market for mining equipment. The establishment of the Shandong branch is a key measure based on the company's deep understanding of the potential of the Shandong market and its commitment to cultivating regional markets and improving service quality.
At the opening ceremony, Chairman Wang Yi stated in his speech that Hunan Chuangyuan shoulders the corporate mission of "liberating miners from harsh and hazardous environments" and aims to create value for customers. For twelve years, Hunan Chuangyuan has been diligently working and has achieved fruitful results. The success of Hunan Chuangyuan is inseparable from the support and attention of our customers. We can only repay everyone with high-quality products and warm-hearted service. The establishment of the Shandong branch will be a new starting point for Hunan Chuangyuan to get closer to customers, provide better services, and solve the difficulties and pain points in the development process of our customers. We also welcome everyone to actively put forward suggestions to help us improve our mechanisms and service levels.
Partners such as Xiadian Gold Mine, Sanshandao Gold Mine, and Laizhou Guorun Machinery also gave speeches at the opening ceremony, expressing their blessings and expectations for Hunan Chuangyuan.
Yu Minghai, general manager of Xiadian Gold Mine, expressed his expectation to work hand in hand with Hunan Chuangyuan, taking technological innovation as the guide and safe and efficient operation as the goal, to promote the mining industry towards a more beautiful and sustainable future.
He Shunbin, chief engineer of Sanshandao, expressed his expectation to form a stronger development synergy with Hunan Chuangyuan, accelerating the transformation and upgrading of Shandong Gold and higher-quality development, and creating a win-win situation.
Ding Jianbin, general manager of Laizhou Guorun, expressed his belief that under the leadership of Chairman Wang Yi, the company will surely go global and write a new chapter in high-end mining equipment in the process of shouldering responsibilities.
Subsequently, Hunan Chuangyuan signed a technical service agreement with Shandong Xugong and delivered the first roadheader to Xiadian Gold Mine. It is understood that the CY-T313C roadheader uses a dual-propeller design, resulting in higher rock drilling efficiency; independent three-arm control allows for simultaneous benching and excavation operations, greatly improving construction efficiency.
The establishment of the Shandong branch is an important expansion of Hunan Chuangyuan's full-life-cycle service chain and an important part of the company's future development strategy. In the future, Hunan Chuangyuan will continue to aim at creating value for customers. Using the Shandong branch as a model, it will gradually expand across China, serving customers nationwide and becoming the most trusted partner for its clients.
