The conference aimed to explore the global path of mining innovation and promote high-quality development of the global mining industry. Hunan Chuangyuan was invited to attend.

As a leader in the layout and promotion of intelligent mine construction solutions, Hunan Chuangyuan hopes to use this conference to exchange and learn from excellent companies at home and abroad and share experience and achievements.

Yan Wugang, chief engineer of the company, delivered a report titled "Intelligent Equipment Creates a New Future for Underground Mines." He introduced in detail to the attendees the intelligent raise boring machines, intelligent mining equipment, intelligent tunneling vehicles, and mining auxiliary equipment and related application cases that the company has researched and manufactured in recent years. He stated that Hunan Chuangyuan's series of raise boring machine products have successfully solved the problems of low efficiency, low intelligence level, and high safety risks in underground vertical construction. They are now widely used in underground vertical construction in fields such as underground mining, hydropower projects, and rail transit projects, and their comprehensive performance parameters have reached the international leading level. Addressing the pain points and difficulties of mining enterprises, we are currently developing a series of intelligent mining equipment to solve the problems of mechanization, intelligence, and even unmanned construction in different mining process application scenarios for large and small underground mines. To address the low efficiency and poor precision in the tunneling process of large underground mines, we have innovatively developed CY-T313C a raise boring machine. It adopts a dual-propeller design, with a wide rock-breaking coverage area. The dual propellers operate simultaneously, resulting in higher rock-breaking efficiency. With three independent arm controls, it performs raise boring and tunneling operations simultaneously, completing blast holes and raise boring holes at the same time, greatly improving tunneling efficiency. For the tunneling of medium and small underground mines, we have innovatively developed CY-T111/T211 a tunneling vehicle. This equipment is the first to develop a guided operating system. Through the video and voice guidance system of the operating system, operators only need simple training to start working, solving the problems of difficulty in recruitment, difficulty in operation, and the serious dependence of drilling quality and efficiency on manual experience. It achieves "immediate operation upon boarding." By carrying IDOS3.0 an intelligent operation system and a high-precision blast hole positioning system, it can complete the drilling operation of the entire working face with one positioning.

Through this conference, we have met more like-minded partners and fully demonstrated Hunan Chuangyuan's technological advantages and leading position in the mining equipment field. In the future, Hunan Chuangyuan will further cooperate with its partners to inject new impetus into and provide technological equipment support for promoting the construction of intelligent mines in China.
