Hunan Chuangyuan always adheres to a customer-centric approach, developing products that mining customers want to use, can use, and find easy to use. 10 Month 24 Day, Hunan Chuangyuan Chairman Wang Yi and Vice President of Delivery Tang Anping led a team to conduct a field research on a coastal project CY-R200V to investigate the usage of shaft drilling rigs and listen to customer feedback, delving deeper into customer needs.
Previously, the project contractor had a friendly cooperation with Hunan Chuangyuan, and was 3 meter shaft drilling rig CY-R120V and the construction team were very satisfied. Therefore, after Hunan Chuangyuan's first fully-fledged intelligent shaft drilling rig CY-R200V was successfully developed, they extended an invitation for Hunan Chuangyuan to CY-R200V participate in the construction of the new project.
At the project site, Chairman Wang Yi inspected the geological conditions on-site, carefully listened to reports on the project, and inquired about product usage, construction progress, and other information.
Subsequently, both parties held a meeting. At the meeting, Chairman Wang Yi expressed his sincere gratitude for everyone's support and trust. He stated: As the first product, there is currently no effective application data. We are very grateful that your company, based on its trust in Hunan Chuangyuan, is willing to choose us and give us the opportunity to prove ourselves. Hunan Chuangyuan always adheres to independent innovation; many of our products are the first to be launched in China, leading the industry's development. Based on the results of the on-site investigation, the diameter of 6.3 meter shaft, 6 hours of advancement of 2.7 meters, is a good result, but we also hope to hear your opinions so that we can better understand customer needs and further improve our products and services.
The leaders attending the meeting stated: (The company), like Hunan Chuangyuan, has the spirit of daring to try and be a pioneer. This project is also our first project to try to cross into a new field. Hunan Chuangyuan 3 meter shaft drilling rig CY-R120V 's performance has given us confidence, and we are very willing to cooperate with Hunan Chuangyuan to jointly explore new opportunities. For the CY-R200V shaft drilling rig, they gave full affirmation and suggested that the product's drilling accuracy could be further improved. Although the current product accuracy is higher than the specified standard, based on the actual needs of the project and the previous excellent performance of Chuangyuan's products, we hope and believe that Chuangyuan's products can be even better.
At the end of the meeting, Chairman Wang Yi stated that customer needs are our responsibility. Next, we will implement everyone's feedback, further optimize our products, and provide you with the most satisfactory products and services. We also sincerely welcome company leaders to visit Hunan Chuangyuan for inspection.
