After a series of rigorous reviews and selections, Hunan Chuangyuan, based on its outstanding achievements in technological innovation capabilities, core technological strength, industry influence, and high-quality development potential, has been included in the list of national-level specialized and new "small giant" enterprises.
The "specialized and new" project is a key national cultivation project and the highest-level and most authoritative honorary title in the evaluation of small and medium-sized enterprises. Winning the national-level specialized and new "small giant" enterprise title is a full recognition by the government of our company's scientific research capabilities, innovation strength, and market potential, as well as an affirmation of the company's comprehensive strength in management, operation, and business development. The company's self-developed CY-R40C、CY-R80V、CY-R120V、CY-R120VD products have all obtained "first-of-its-kind product" certification; among them, CY-R40C intelligent crawler self-propelled cutting slot raise borer has become the sole procurement source for domestic mining enterprises; the company's intelligent raise borer robot has achieved breakthroughs in several key technologies in the intelligent underground vertical engineering equipment sub-sector, filling the gap in domestic intelligent underground vertical engineering equipment and solving the problems of low mechanization level, low comprehensive efficiency, harsh working environment, and high safety risks in China's raise boring construction.
Aiming for the future, the company is actively participating in the construction of intelligent mines, joining hands with Huawei and China Mobile to build an integrated " 5G+ high-altitude" open-pit mine demonstration intelligent mine; successfully built a fluorite mine demonstration intelligent mine in cooperation with Jinshi Resources Group; cooperated with Chuanheng Group to build an intelligent demonstration mine in the phosphate chemical industry; the shovel loader travel intelligent control system developed in cooperation with Central South University has been successfully applied in the intelligent mine project of Shanxi Zijin Mining, the intelligent transformation project of Xinjiang Habahe Ashele Copper Mine, and the Jinshi Resources underground unmanned mine project; and the open-pit mine drill remote intelligent remote control system developed in cooperation with Northeastern University has been applied in the Qidashan Iron Mine project of Ansteel Group.
Novelty
Hunan Chuangyuan's professional scientific research team, composed of senior experts, professors, and young masters and doctors, has undertaken key scientific research projects such as Changsha Municipal Science and Technology Plan Projects, Changsha Municipal Major Science and Technology Projects, "14th Five-Year Plan" national key research and development plan projects, and China Nonferrous Metals Mining Group's "revealing and winning" major scientific and technological research projects; the company's "research and development of a series of intelligent raise borers and key technologies" project was successfully selected into the "List of Mining Safety Production Scientific Research Projects (first batch) of the National Mine Safety Supervision Bureau"; the independently developed "research and development of high-performance intelligent drilling equipment for underground raises and cutting slots" project passed the scientific and technological achievement evaluation and has reached the internationally leading level, winning the 2022 annual science and technology progress first prize of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association.
