Tang Anping, vice president of delivery, starting from the historical significance of the Opinions, helped everyone understand the Opinions from a more comprehensive and profound perspective. He emphasized: "The Opinions on Further Strengthening Mine Safety Production is the first guiding document in the field of mine safety production approved by the Party Central Committee and the State Council since the founding of New China, fully reflecting the high importance attached by the Party Central Committee and the State Council to mine safety production." And put forward requirements for everyone's future work: Everyone should continue to study and interpret the spirit of the Opinions in depth, take the Opinions as a guide, focus on the practical needs of mining enterprises, and provide practical support for mining enterprises with excellent products and excellent solutions to solve problems.

Dai Jianlong, vice president of technology, combined with the detailed provisions of the Opinions and the company's current work achievements, led everyone to conduct an in-depth interpretation of the 7 part 24 items of the Opinions. For example, Article 7 of the Opinions requires accelerating the intelligent construction of mines with serious disasters and high altitudes. We have already had successful cases in many high-altitude open-pit mines in China; the Opinions encourage the use of backfilling mining methods in the construction and expansion of new mines. Our company, as early as when cooperating with Jinshi Resources to build 5G+ intelligent mines, launched upward filling small rock drilling robots, chipping robots, filling robots, and charging robots. He said: "The Opinions put forward many requirements for mining enterprises, and these requirements are exactly the problems we can help customers solve. Everyone should change their minds, actively communicate with customers, and tell customers what we are doing and what we can do for customers."

He repeatedly emphasized that the company should deeply understand the significance of the release of the Opinions, deeply understand and accurately grasp the spirit and policy requirements of the Opinions, and earnestly transform the spirit of the Opinions into conscious actions to improve work ideas and strengthen work measures.

In the future, Hunan Chuangyuan will further strengthen the study and publicity of the Opinions, earnestly implement the Opinions, and shoulder the corporate mission of "liberating miners from harsh and dangerous environments", taking green, safe and efficient as the research and development goals, and contributing more Chuangyuan strength to ensuring mine safety production.
