8 Month 7 On the date, Zou Laichang, President of Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd. (“Zijin Group”), Jiang Cheng, General Manager of the Mining Business Department, and欧阳伦熬, General Manager of the Emergency and Safety Production Department, visited Hunan Chuangyuan for investigation and research. Wang Yi, Chairman and General Manager of Hunan Chuangyuan High-tech Machinery Co., Ltd. (“Hunan Chuangyuan”), and other leaders including Vice General Managers Fang Xiaoxuan, Tang Anping, and Dai Jianlong, accompanied them for discussions and exchanges.

President Zou Laichang and his team visited Hunan Chuangyuan's R&D base, learning about Hunan Chuangyuan's strategic layout in optimizing its R&D environment, attracting excellent talent, and enhancing the company's R&D capabilities.

At the discussion and exchange meeting, Chairman Wang Yi extended a warm welcome to President Zou Laichang and his team, providing a comprehensive introduction to Hunan Chuangyuan's development history, main products, and technological innovations. Chairman Wang Yi stated that Zijin Mining and Hunan Chuangyuan have a long-term and close cooperative relationship. Many intelligent mining equipment developed by Hunan Chuangyuan have been used in Zijin Group's mines, receiving recognition from industry experts for their excellent performance. He expressed hope that the two sides would further increase cooperation in the research and development of intelligent mining equipment and the construction of smart mines, achieving common development.

Afterwards, both parties jointly drove to Hunan Chuangyuan's production base to inspect CY-R160V Shaft drilling rigs, CY-UMD6i and intelligent underground down-the-hole drilling rigs and other intelligent mining equipment. Among them, CY-UMD6i is the world's first intelligent underground down-the-hole drilling rig. It adopts a modular design and can be equipped with cloud computing, big data, the Internet of Things, 5G、裸眼3D and artificial intelligence and other new generation information technologies. It can achieve self-planning, self-perception, self-decision-making, and self-operation of the operation process. It has now completed assembly and is currently undergoing debugging. It will be officially launched this month and sent to Zijin Group's mines for use.

President Zou Laichang highly recognized Hunan Chuangyuan's R&D capabilities, product strength, and market recognition, expressing his hope to strengthen exchanges and joint innovation with Hunan Chuangyuan to jointly build smart mines.
