2021 Guided by the Scientific Outlook on Development and themed around building a harmonious company, the Hunan Chuangyuan Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. At the event, Hunan Chuangyuan Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. was awarded 2021 Annual Skilled Talent Training Demonstration Enterprise, receiving a bonus of 10000 yuan; it also won the 7th Ningxiang Economic Development Zone "Skills Blue Moon Valley Technician Festival" and Changsha City 2021 Year "Ten Outstanding Professionals, Hundred Excellent Craftsmen" competition selection excellent organization award, receiving a bonus of 2000 yuan; the company's electrical engineer, Yu Saiyuan, was awarded 2021 Annual High-skilled Leading Talent, receiving a bonus of 5000 yuan.

Previously, in the "Ten Outstanding Professionals, Hundred Excellent Craftsmen" skills competition held by Ningxiang City, the company's Yu Saiyuan achieved a top ten result, receiving a bonus of 2000 yuan; Yue Xu was awarded the Excellence Award, receiving a bonus of 500 yuan; Yu Saiyuan was also selected to represent Ningxiang in the Changsha City 2021 Year "Ten Outstanding Professionals, Hundred Excellent Craftsmen" employee vocational skills competition, once again winning the top 10 place in the maintenance electrician group, receiving a bonus of 30000 yuan.
