The conference introduced that Xigou Mine " 5G+ Intelligent Mining " project was jointly created by Hunan Chuangyuan High-tech, China Mobile, Huawei, etc., based on the mine's current situation and problems, and is the first in the country to integrate vehicles, excavators, and drills into a 5G mine application collaborative operation system 。 In this process, the drilling rig developed by Hunan Chuangyuan 5G The remote intelligent remote control system played a key role in the automation transformation and upgrading of traditional mining equipment such as cone bit drilling rigs.
This system is the first domestic set based on 5G technology's fully intelligent drilling rig control system integrating GNSS Internet of Things, intelligent remote control, autonomous operation, etc., can realize remote remote control operation and unmanned driving of drilling rigs, high-precision auxiliary positioning, fully automated drill pipe loading and unloading, fully autonomous drilling operations, remote management of mining tasks, and equipment data acquisition and storage, etc., thereby ensuring the overall planning of the entire mine area operation system, comprehensively solving mine safety problems, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient operation of the mine, and greatly improving the mechanization, automation, and intelligence level of the mine.

Regarding Jiugang Xigou Mine
According to the industry trend, as mining shifts from shallow to deep, the demand for mine environmental protection becomes increasingly urgent, and labor costs increase significantly, green mines, intelligent mines, and deep mines have become the three major goals for future mining development. Against this background, the Jiugang Xigou Mine intelligent mining construction project was launched in 2019 year and implemented in phases. Currently, the Phase I automation transformation project of Xigou Mine undertaken by Chuangyuan High-tech has been completed and successfully passed the completion acceptance in 2020 year 10 month.
