Recently, Chuangyuan High-Tech, in collaboration with Luoyang LuanChuan Molybdenum Industry Group Co., Ltd. and China University of Mining and Technology, successfully completed the joint research and development of the "Remote Intelligent Control System for Rotary Drilling Rigs and Real-Time Rock Parameter Identification Technology." The project has passed rigorous expert evaluation, with its overall technology reaching an internationally advanced level. As the very first step in mine production, the quality of drilling operations directly affects the efficiency of the entire subsequent production chain. Traditional manual operations, however, face numerous challenges: workers are exposed to harsh environments such as dust, extreme cold, and scorching heat, while equipment often has numerous blind spots and significant safety risks. Additionally, the aging workforce is becoming an increasingly prominent issue among industry professionals.

This project marks the first time that functions such as remote control, high-precision positioning, automatic leveling, and lithology recognition have been integrated into a single system, enabling intelligent, remote operation of rotary drilling rigs and demonstrating the practical value of "Innovation Leads to Greatness."
Ultra-low-latency remote communication: Utilizing a highly reliable communication protocol, it achieves millisecond-level latency and over 99.99% communication reliability, ensuring precise and stable remote control.
Centimeter-level high-precision positioning: Leveraging "GNSS + RTK + Dual-Antenna Heading" technology, this system achieves a positioning accuracy of ±5 centimeters, enabling precise hole alignment.
Intelligent Lithology Identification: For the first time, a real-time rock strength evaluation index system has been developed during drilling, enabling instant identification and modeling of rock hardness.
Full-process automation: Supports one-click autonomous operation, with hole-depth measurement errors controlled within ±15 centimeters, significantly enhancing operational accuracy.

Significant achievements: Perforation efficiency increased by 20%, with single-hole operation time reduced to just 50 minutes; workforce decreased by 30%, leading to a dramatically improved workplace environment; and drill bit lifespan doubled, showcasing our commitment to quality excellence.

This project has been successfully implemented at several large domestic mining enterprises, including Luoyang Molybdenum Group, Jiuquan Iron & Steel Group, and Ansteel Group.
