Conventional down-the-hole drills can be equipped with modular diesel-powered units, making it more convenient to move the diesel engine from one site to another and enabling more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly operation with electric motors. When paired with a low-profile thruster, these drills can handle drilling operations in low-ceiling and confined spaces.
The intelligent down-the-hole drill combines cutting-edge digital hydraulic technology, big data, the Internet of Things, 5G, robotics, and other next-generation information technologies. It is equipped with an integrated, high-capacity automated drill rod storage system and features a robotic autonomous drill rod handling system, enabling drilling of large-diameter, ultra-deep holes and horizontal movements over distances exceeding 6 meters. The working support distance is less than 500 mm, offering an exceptionally wide operational range.
The small-scale mining cart is specially designed for thin and hard-to-mine ore bodies in small mines, and is suitable for mining methods such as the shallow-hole stoping method. With a width of only 0.8 meters, it is compact and highly maneuverable, making it well-suited for complex and confined spaces.
Medium-sized pry bar cart, with a multi-degree-of-freedom boom design, simultaneously possessing pry bar and bucket functions, can assist in the safe recovery of residual ore inside the mining area by a shovel loader.
